Fire guts four houses in Ctg

Fire gutted four tin-roofed houses in Garduara Jorapukurpar area of Hathazari upazila of Chittagong yesterday.

The fire originated from the gas cylinder leakage in one of the houses around 11:40am and fire fighters extinguished the fire around 1:50pm, said Fire Service sources. Fire Service officials estimated the damage at Tk 5 lakh.
