The government is set to make a major announcement today regarding the appointment of 22,000 officials across various departments.

Mokhlesur Rahman, senior secretary of the Ministry of Public Administration, will provide further details at a press conference around 1:00pm.

An official of the ministry confirmed the information to The Daily Star.

গভর্নর বলেন, এই তহবিলে অভিযুক্তদের কাছ থেকে জব্দ করা বিভিন্ন ব্যাংক ও কোম্পানির শেয়ারসহ জব্দ করা সম্পত্তিও অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকবে।
