With the group stage of this summer's tournament now over, let’s take a look at what each remaining country must do to reach the Maracana on July 13.

The 2014 World Cup is already shaping up to be one of the most exciting in the tournament's history. Reigning champions Spain have crashed out, along with former winners Italy and England.

The South American teams, however, are thriving, with hosts Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Uruguay all making it through to the round of 16. Netherlands, France and Germany are leading the European charge, but who will make it through to the final?
