“Tajuddin Ahmed: An Unsung Hero” receives Australian award

Tanvir Mokammel's documentary Tajuddin Ahmed: An Unsung Hero received the best foreign language documentary award given by TVS Channel of Australia, according to a press release.
“Tajuddin Ahmed: An Unsung Hero, a Bengali documentary film produced by Simeen Hussain Rimi, directed by Tanvir Mokammel, was granted the 'Best International Non-English Documentary Film of the Year' after successfully telecast on TVS Channel, Australia,” quoted the certificate of appreciation given by the Channel.
Anwar Hossain is the cinematographer of the 140-minute-long documentary, on the life and works of the first Prime Minister of Bangladesh.
