Prof M Khairul Hossain takes charge as PKSF chair

Prof Dr M Khairul Hossain joined the Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation office as chairman yesterday morning, said a press release.

He succeeds Dr Qazi Kholiquzzaman Ahmad who took the office on 15 November 2009.

On 12 September 2023, the government appointed Prof Hossain as the new PKSF chairman for the next three years.

Before this, Dr Hossain served as a professor at the finance department, Dhaka University. He also served as the chairman of Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission and the Investment Corporation of Bangladesh.
