Rab (Rapid Action Battalion) in a raid on Friday night recovered four firearms along with 20 bullets from a house in Salghar Madhua village in the Sadar upazila.

Being informed, Rab raided the house while a gang of alleged outlaws was holding a secret meeting, police said.

Sensing police presence, the outlaws fled away leaving the firearms. None could be arrested.
