Two held for raping schoolgirl

Police on Tuesday night arrested two people in connection with a case for raping a schoolgirl and recording the video of the incident in Jashore's Abhaynagar upazila.

The arrestees, Mahbubur Rahman, 38, and Anik Bagha, 25, also demanded Tk 50,000 from the tenth-grader victim to delete the obscene video, OC of Abhaynagar Police Station Shamim Hasan said.

The culprits called the girl at Mahbub's fish enclosure luring her to give a job and raped her.
