Runner Automobiles IPO gets nod

The stockmarket regulator yesterday approved an initial public offering of Runner Automobiles, which plans to raise Tk 100 crore. Institutional investors fixed the price of a Runner share at Tk 75 for themselves and Tk 67 for general investors.

The company will use the IPO proceeds to carry out research and development, buy machinery and repay loans.
