New EC chairman for Prime Bank

Md Shirajul Islam Mollah has recently been elected as the chairman of the executive committee of Prime Bank.

Mollah, a lawmaker, is a sponsor director of the bank, the bank said in a statement yesterday.

He is the managing director of China-Bangla Ceramic Industries Limited, Bengal Tiger Cement Industries Limited, Bajnabo Textile Mills Limited, and United Shipping Lines Limited, according to the statement.
