Bank Asia re-elects vice chairman

Mohd Safwan Choudhury has recently been re-elected as the vice chairman of Bank Asia. He has also served Bangladesh Tea Association as chairman and Sylhet Chamber of Commerce and Industries as president, the bank said in a statement yesterday.

Choudhury is also the managing director of M Ahmed Tea & Lands Co. Ltd, Phulbari Tea Estates Ltd, M Ahmed Cold Storage Ltd, Premier Dyeing & Calendering Ltd and M Ahmed Food & Spices Ltd.
