Youth dies from electrocution in Ctg

A youth died from electrocution while setting up a power connection in Maijpara area of Chittagong city on Saturday night.

Mohammed Rakib, 20, son of Mohammed Absar from Cox's Bazar, used to work as an electrician. He was declared dead at Chittagong Medical College Hospital, said police.

He was electrocuted as he came in touch with a live electric wire, said Assistant Sub-inspector Silabroto Barua of CMCH Police Camp.
