Sheltech festival begins

Real estate company Sheltech opened a four-day “Handover Festival” in the capital's Mirpur on Thursday for 104 flats in Tower 1 and Tower 2 of its project Sheltech Bithika.

There are 80 more in the project along with 12 commercial spaces, and community facilities such as a swimming pool, gymnasiums, children's play area and a community event centre, the company said in a statement yesterday

Sheltech offered fully furnished kitchens, with a kitchen cabinet and hood and kitchen appliances for free during the festival.
