JU VC panel polls schedule sought

A section of pro-Awami League (AL) senate members of Jahangirnagar University yesterday demanded announcement of vice-chancellor panel election schedule.

They submitted a memorandum to the VC. VC Prof Farzana Islam said the election will be held in due time following official rules. The VC's tenure will expire on March 2.
