Shadharan Bima edge Azad

Shadharan Bima started their campaign of the Green Delta Insurance Premier Division Hockey League with a 2-1 win over Sonali Bank at the Maulana Bhasani Hockey Stadium yesterday.
After a barren first half, Shadharan Bima went ahead in the 37th minute with a strike from Mohammad Liton, who doubled the lead in the 64th minute to all but seal the victory. Sonali Bank, who had held Ajax SC to a 4-4 draw in their previous match, pulled one goal back two minutes from time through a penalty corner converted by Mansur.
