The June 27 polls of the Bangladesh Hockey Federation have seemingly heated up with a total of 110 nomination papers being sold against only 28 executive posts.
Some 71 councillors will elect five vice-presidents, one general secretary, two joint secretaries, one treasurer and 19 executive members while the president and two executive members will be nominated directly by the government of the 31-member committee.
