Zia wins

Grand Master Ziaur Rahman defeated Jordanian FM Mohammad Farhan in the eighth round of the 15th Dubai Open Chess Championship held in Dubai, UAE on Sunday.
Zia earned 5.5 points from eight matches. Zia was scheduled to play his ninth round match against Georgian GM Pantsulaia Levan last night.
