Rafiqul Alam new Pro-VC of Cuet
Prof Mohammad Rafiqul Alam has been appointed as the pro-vice chancellor of the Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (Cuet).
Rafiqul yesterday received a fax from the Ministry of Education which announced his appointment.
Rafiqul, dean of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering, formally took the charge yesterday, said a Cuet press release.
The post of pro-VC remained vacant since the university started its journey in 2003.
