Nasim’s remarks seditious: Rizvi
A senior BNP leader has blasted Mohammad Nasim, saying the Awami League leader's warning to public servants is tantamount to sedition.
Nasim, a presidium member of the ruling party, on Wednesday warned that the government officials would have to face ‘bad consequences’ if they fail to perform under the government’s directives.
Speaking at a press briefing at BNP's Nayapaltan headquarters on Thursday, Ruhul Kabir Rizvi said: “His remarks are seditious and beyond decency.”
The joint secretary general of the main opposition party said any threat would not be able to deviate the opposition from its position.
