Gayle smashes 175 off 66 balls

Royal Challengers Bangalore batting star Chris Gayle tore up the record books by smashing the fastest century in T20 cricket history.

The West Indian opener reached his hundred off just 30 balls for Royal Challengers Bangalore in the Indian Premier League on Tuesday.

Gayle had posted a 175 off 66 balls, smoking 17 sixes and 13 fours along the way and taking his team to a mammoth 263/5 against Pune Warriors.
