Charge framing against Fakhrul deferred till July 17

A Dhaka court yesterday for the ninth time deferred the hearing on charge framing against BNP Acting Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir and 28 others in a bomb blast case.
The hearing has been deferred until July 17.
Shahbagh police filed the case against them on charge of aiding and abetting the bombings inside the Secretariat during the opposition's April 29 hartal last year.
The court deferred the hearing as seven lawmakers of BNP led 18-party alliance could not appear before it due to parliament session. Fakhrul and 21 others accused were present in the court yesterday.
