Sunsilk hosted a fashion show to pay homage to the traditional Boishakhi wear of Bangladesh on the last day of the Bengali year, also known as “Choitro Shonkranti”, on 13 April, 2013.

Fashion houses that took part in this event hosted by Munmun included Adroit, Onnomela, Smartex, Studio Emdad and Tangail Saree Kutir, among others.

The dance group “Prema” presented their performances throughout between the catwalk displays. Each fashion house's queue was introduced under each Sunsilk shampoo catering to a different hair type.

Sunsilk's partners in this show were the local fashion house Shawdeshi and Studio 2000. The show was directed by famed designer and Pathshala's founder Emdad Huq.
