Road beside Banani graveyard to be off-limit to commute tomorrow

Vehicular movement will remain suspended tomorrow on the road No. 27, adjacent to the Banani graveyard in Gulshan on the occasion of the 48th death anniversary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and National Mourning Day.

Starting from 11:30am today, the road will remain off-limit until the VVIP visit ends tomorrow.

Additionally, the city dwellers have been requested to avoid the road and use the alternative roads in the capital today.

In that case, instead of the Dhaka Gate, the people can enter or leave Gulshan, making a left turn through Kakoli.

Traffic Division (Gulshan) under Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) informed about the restriction in a press release today.
