NID server down till 2pm for maintenance
The National Identity Card (NID) server is undergoing maintenance and all NID-related services will remain closed until 2:00pm today.
The Election Commission's Information System Management Officer Aminul Islam said maintenance work on the server started last morning.
For all latest news, follow The Daily Star's Google News channel. Earlier, from 12:00am, on August 14, the NID server was down for approximately 38 hours.
The NID server contains information of 11,91,51,440 voters.
