Journalist Foyez made senior asst press secretary at CA Office

Journalist Foyez Ahammad has taken the charge of senior assistant press secretary (contractual) of Chief Advisor's Office.

Born into a business family of Panpara village in Lakshmipur's Ramganj upazila, Foyez developed a passion for writing at a young age, which led him to join the local newspaper during his school years.

On completion of his secondary education at Panpara High School, Foyez furthered his studies at Ideal College in Dhaka amd completed his higher secondary education.

He then achieved his graduation and post-graduation degrees in journalism from Stamford University Bangladesh, along with a law degree (LLB) from National University.

Foyez's career in journalism began during his university years. Over the past 18 years, he has worked with several prominent newspapers, including Daily Amader Shomoy, Weekly Budhbar, Daily Manobkantha, and Fortnightly Tarokalok.

He was also a special correspondent for the English daily New Age and a correspondent for US-based BenarNews.
