Ex-justice Siddiquee made law commission member

The government has appointed Md Abu Bakar Siddiquee, former justice of the Supreme Court's Appellate Division, as a new member of the Bangladesh Law Commission and re-appointed former justice ATM Fazle Kabir as its member.
The law ministry issued two separate notifications in this regard today.
They will remain members of the commission for the next three years.
Siddiquee will receive salary, allowances, and other benefits equivalent to the judges of the Appellate Division while Fazle Kabir will receive salary, allowances, and other benefits equivalent to the judges of the High Court Division, stated the notifications.
