Ctg, madrasa boards announce new dates for 4 HSC exams

The Chattogram Education Board has announced new dates for four Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) exams which were delayed due to natural disaster in that area.
The Madrasa Education Board also published a new schedule for its deferred exams.
According to the new schedule, under the Chattogram board, the Bangla First Paper exam will now be held on September 27 while the Bangla Second Paper on October 1. Both of the English Paper exams will be held on October 3, and 5.
The other exams under this board will be held following the old schedule.
According to the notification, under the madrasa board, the Quran Majid exam will be held on October 1. The Arabic First Paper and Arabic Literature exams will be conducted on October 3. Furthermore, the Bengali First Paper exam has been rescheduled to October 5, and the Bengali Second Paper exam will now take place on October 8.
It has also instructed students to complete the practical examinations between October 9 and October 17.
Meanwhile the Technical Education Board in a notification delayed its exams scheduled for August 17, 20, 22, and 24, without announcing new dates.
It said the rescheduled timetable for these examinations will be announced later. Examinations from August 27 onwards will be conducted as per the previous schedule, it said.
On Friday, the Chattogram Education Board, the Madrasa Education Board, and the Technical Education Board deferred the HSC and equivalent exams for 10 days, citing a natural disaster in Chattogram Division.
