Three killed, one hurt in road accidents

Three people were killed and another was injured in road accidents in two districts during the last two days, said reports from our correspondents.
In Gopalganj, two motorcyclists were killed and their co-rider was injured when a truck, microbus and their motorbike collided in Gopalpur Bazar area under Kashiani upazila on Wednesday night.
The deceased were identified as Maruf Mollah (18), son of Raidul Mollah; and Mafij Mollah (17), son of Rowshan Mollah from Khagail village in Sadar upazila of the district, said police.
Md Sirajul Islam, sub-inspector of Bhatiapara Highway Police Outpost, said the injured was taken to Gopalganj Sadar Hospital.
In Mymensingh, a worker was killed as a bus hit him on Dhaka-Mymensingh highway at Boilor in Trishal upazila yesterday afternoon.
Noor Alam, son of Babul Mia from Rampurdasha village in Barhatta upazila in Netrakona, died on the spot, said police quoting locals. The accident happened while he was doing repair work on a road divider, they said.
