Road accident: Ctg doctor succumbs to injuries after 2 days

A doctor, who was injured after being hit by an auto-rickshaw in Chattogram's Kazir Dewri area on Tuesday, succumbed to her injuries this morning.

Samina Akter (40) passed away at the ICU of Chattogram Medical College Hospital around 8:30am, our staff correspondent reports quoting Dr Noman Khaled Chowdhury, neurosurgery head at CMCH.

She was a doctor at Bangabandhu Memorial Hospital of USTC, said police.

The accident occurred when she was returning home by a rickshaw around 10:30pm on Tuesday.
