ATV director Sohel Chy held, placed on remand

One of the directors of ATV was arrested from his Uttara residence in the city in the early hours of yesterday.

He was identified as Sohel Chowdhury, a paid director of the satellite channel. He was arrested in connection with case filed against ATV with Motijheel thana, police said.

Sohel was produced before the CMM's court yesterday and was placed on a four-day police remand, they added.
