3 criminals held with arms in Joypurhat

Three criminals were arrested along with a pistol and 11 bullets from Baniapara area on Joypurhat-Bogra highway Friday night.

The arrested are Shipon, 26, accused in a number of cases and his two accomplices Mukul, 25, of the town and Mizan, 25, of village Thanthania in Sadar upazila of Bogra.

Police said they arrested Shipon, Mukul and Mizan along with a foreign-made pistol, 11 bullets and mobile phone when they were going to Bogra by a motorbike.
