8 Kalaroa BCL men sued for snatching
Eight activists of Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) including its Kalaroa upazila unit President Sheikh Masum have been sued for alleged attack on the lessees of Kalaroa cattle market and snatching Tk 65,000 from them.
Other accused include Kalaroa upazila BCL leaders Nawab Ali, Tuhin, Mamun and Sadrul Islam.
Earlier the accused had demanded Tk 10,000 from the lessees, said Abdul Hai, who filed the case with Kalaroa Police Station on behalf of the lessees yesterday.
