Poppy plants, seeds seized in Khulna

A team of Khulna office of the Narcotics Control Department recovered 188 poppy plants and seeds from a nursery at station road under Khulna Sadar Police Station Sunday night.
The team arrested a man named Kutubuddin on the spot. Mohammad Alauddin, proprietor of the nursery, fled the scene getting advance information of the raid.
A case was filed with Sadar Police Station in this connection.
