Recording of the deposition of prosecution witnesses in two cases, one for murder and the other for grenade attack on the British High Commissioner, ended at Sylhet Divisional Speedy Trial Tribunal on Monday.
Judge Shamim Mohammad Afzal fixed December 17 for argument.
Anwar Choudhury along with 70 others were hurt in the grenade attack while three were killed on the premises of the shrine of Hazrat Shahjalal (RA) after Juma prayers on May 21, 2004.
