Agitation for power in Sirajganj

People in Sirajganj town yesterday staged demonstration on the premises of the Deputy Commissioner's Office protesting frequent power cut and demanding smooth supply of power.
Several hundred people from all walks of life including teachers, students, doctors, political activists, cultural activists and traders gathered in front of the DC office at 10:30am.
The demonstrators submitted a memorandum to Deputy Commissioner Ashraf Ali, urging the authorities to take necessary steps in this regard.
