One killed as villagers clash in Mymensingh

At least one person was killed and 10 others were injured in a clash between two groups of two villages at Phulpur upazila in Mymensingh yesterday.
The victim was identified as Waliullah, 37, son of Nazir Hossain of Kadamtali village.
Police quoting locals said the clash ensued between the two groups of Kadamtali and Fatehpur village over realisation of Tk 2000.
Eleven people of both the villages were injured in the clash. Six of them were rushed to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital (MMCH) where Waliullah succumbed to his injuries in the evening.
