Two SIs closed in Rajshahi

Two sub-inspectors of Detective Branch of Rajshahi Metropolitan Police were closed yesterday for releasing criminals.
SI Abu Hanif Mia and SI Matiur Rahman were closed to RMP police line following an official order.
RMP Assistant Commissioner Mahfuzur Rahman said in preliminary investigation, the two SIs were found involved in releasing four female smuggler-suspects after they were caught with smuggled goods a day before.
