Apollo Hospitals observes Int'l Nurses Day

Apollo Hospitals, Dhaka observed International Nurses Day recently, says a press release.
Lighting candles, bringing out procession and discussion were the events of the day.
Dr Ed L Hansen, chief executive officer of Apollo Hospitals, Dhaka, inaugurated the programme while Jahanara Begum, director of Directorate of Nursing Services, and Prof Tahatun Nahar, principal of Dhaka Nursing College were present.
In the discussion the speakers congratulated the nurses for their humanitarian services. They also requested the nurses to associate themselves in the profession with utmost humanitarianism and win the public respect and admiration.
