32 DMP personnel get training in life support for cardiac arrest victims
A total of 32 personnel from Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) are being imparted training in basic life support for victims of sudden cardiac arrest including arrestees and policemen.
Dr Muhammad Aminul Huq, trained in emergency medicine from Japan, is the course co-ordinator, and the training is going at Rajarbagh police training centre on every Saturday.
Training kits have been donated by Prof Dr Nohuchi Hiroshi and Emergency and Advanced Critical Care Department of Aichi Medical University in Japan.
