Bail prayers turned down

A court here rejected the bail prayers of 55 BNP yesterday noon and sent them to prison. Court sources said, 57 BNP men, including BNP senior upazila vice president of Kaliganj upazila unit Ismail Hossain went to the court of senior judicial magistrate Anisur Rahman for a permanent bail as their four-week bail period was over. The court granted bail to two and rejected the petition for rest 55. The BNP men were facing an explosives case with local police station.
