2 more held, 2kg gold recovered

The Detective Branch (DB) of Police yesterday arrested two persons from Narayanganj with two kilograms of gold ornaments in their possession.
DB officials said the recovered ornaments were part of the heist of the Dhanmondi branch of Brac Bank in the capital in January.
With yesterday's arrest, police have so far held 15 people in connection with the heist and seized about six kilograms of looted gold ornaments from them.
Robbers made off with gold ornaments and valuables worth several crores of taka breaking open 75 lockers in the bank.
