Bangladesh Police Academy centenary celebration Dec 6

Bangladesh Police Academy will celebrate its centenary with a three-day programme on its Sardah premises from December 6.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will attend the inauguration parade, which would project changes in the force since the Mughal era, said the academy's Principal Naim Ahmed at a press conference in the academy on Sunday.
A total of Tk 1.50 crore is being spent to hold fireworks display, postal stamp fair, memorial meeting, seminar, cultural function, band show, horse show, sports competition, and concert.
