Woman hit by train dies

An unidentified woman was crushed under the wheels of an Upakul Express train at Akhaura Railway Junction in Brahmanbaria on Thursday.
Government Railway Police (GRP) sources said the accident took place as the train ran over her when she was trying to cross the railway track around 8:00pm.
The body was sent to Brahmanbaria Sadar Hospital for an autopsy.
A case was filed with Akhaura Railway police station.
