Samsung rolls out smart cameras
Samsung Electronic Bangladesh branch office has recently introduced a new line of camera entitled "Samsung smart camera" with built-in Wi-Fi connectivity.
The Samsung Smart cameras also interface with Samsung's line of Smart TVs, Blu-ray players, personal computers, tablets and smartphones, creating a truly unique and integrated ecosystem. The smart cameras that were launched are WB150F, ST200F and DV300F.
Housed in a compact, lightweight and durable body, the 14.2 megapixel WB150F from Samsung makes a great travel companion with an 18x optical zoom. Packed into a slim body, the ST200F has a 16-megapixel sensor and 10x optical zoom lens, a 35mm equivalent of 27-270mm. The Samsung DV300F digital camera builds on the success of Samsung's popular DualView camera line and includes a 1.5-inch LCD display on the front of the camera to assist in self-portraiture, or keep children focused while capturing memories, thanks to colorful animations to draw their attention.
Choon Soo Moon, managing director of Samsung Electronics Bangladesh said during the launching programme, "Our decision to keep investing in the camera market just makes good business sense. Cameras are the first step in the content creation process. And now that we've added Wi-Fi connectivity to our smart camera line of devices, we have an opportunity to introduce Samsung to a different class of consumers who are hungry for cutting edge technology. Once they experience Samsung technology in cameras, they will want to experience the rest of our products."
During the presentation, Mohammed Enamul Hoque, manager sales & marketing-IT Samsung Electronics Bangladesh said "Samsung's smart camera technology is a game changer. We've raised the bar with these devices. We wanted to revolutionise how people interact with their cameras and
have done exactly that through a better understanding of what our customers want."
