"Antarjami" staged in Netrakona

Marking its fifth founding anniversary, Satsanga Theatre staged a play and held a discussion at the Mahua Auditorium in Netrakona town recently. Theatre activists of the organisation took part in the play titled Antarjami, written by Amulya Ratan Roy.
Deputy Commissioner (DC) Netrakona, Ayat-Ullah Mazumder inaugurated the function. Police Super Netrakona, Sakhawat Hossein was present as special guest.
Earlier, a discussion was held. Presided over by Ayat Ullah Majumder, Jahangir Alam Chawdhury, ASP Netrakona; Assistant Director of Film and Publication Directorate Netrakona, Kudrat-e-Khuda; freedom fighter Golam Ershadur Rahaman, local journalists, theatre artistes and organisers of different local NGOs spoke at the programme.
The speakers deliberated on the different cultural aspects of Netrakona. They also discussed the life and works of renowned dramatist, late Selim Al Deen.
The programme attracted many theatre enthusiasts of the town.
