Nano cars become costly in Bangladesh

We are amused with the news that Nano cars manufactured by the Tata Motors Ltd of India will be available in Bangladesh soon. But when it comes to the pricing, we are simply shocked. Reportedly, Nitol Motors will be charging almost Tk. 6 lacs for one Nano.
In India it is available at one hundred thousand rupee only. If we calculate the Taka and Rupee exchange ratio, it comes to Taka 165,000/- approximately. Now if we add customs duty, VAT and sales tax on Tk. 165,000/- (although export prices are supposed to be lesser), how much it can be?
If it is a 800cc car (I am not sure about it), the maximum price they can charge is between Tk. 450,000/- and Tk.475,000/-, including their profit margin. Will Nitol Motors give a price breakdown of Nano, supposed to be charged in Bangladesh? The ministry of commerce should look into the pricing.
