ACC chairman escapes unhurt in car crash

The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) Chairman Hasan Mashhud Chowdhury escaped unhurt from a road accident in Comilla Cantonment area yesterday morning.
The ACC chairman and his entourage were on their way to Feni when a microbus hit his car in the cantonment area on Dhaka-Chittagong Highway at about 10:20am.
Mashhud afterwards headed for Feni in another staff car as two vehicles of his motorcade were damaged in the accident.
The microbus driver was arrested.
