The Pink City of Jaipur in Indian state of Rajasthan is abuzz with reports of being the venue of a celebrity marriage -- between American pop star Katy Perry and British actor-comedian Russell Brand on October 23.
As of now, everything is kept under a wrap by the hotel management and security officials in Jaipur as the couple spends time at a luxury resort in the Ranthambore tiger reserve in the state before moving to Jaipur.
However, the guests invited by the singer and the actor have already started reaching Jaipur, called the Pink City because of majority of buildings being pink, and the media is speculating on the dress and jewelleries Katy and Russell would wear for the marriage.
The paparazzi is having a tough time keeping a hawk's eye on airports in Delhi, Mumbai and Jaipur on the guests arriving for the planned wedding. The celebrity couple is reported to have a list of 85 guests, including R&B Singer Rihana who will be the singer's maid of honour; rapper P Diddy, TV host Jonathan Ross and supermodel Lara Stone.
According to sources at the hotel in Jaipur, the couple has booked ten luxury tents inside the hotel premises and some rooms in other hotels in the city for the guests.
Russell had proposed to Katy when they had come to Jaipur on the New Year's eve last year.
