World Cup and load shedding

Bangladesh is a football loving nation. Though our team could not qualify in the World Cup, we are still excited to see our favourite team's performance. Bangladeshi football fans are traditionally divided into two groups - Either they support Brazil or they support Argentina.
Flags have been hoisted everywhere in Dhakaon the rooftops, in motorcycles, private cars and also in buses. The World Cup fever can be felt everywhere in the country. But unfortunately, we could not watch any football match completely till now because of load shedding. Especially, people grew angry due to frequent power cuts during Argentina vs. Nigeria match. The violent mob vandalised vehicles.
The government could not at all improve the power situation in the last one year. They should have tried urgently to handle the situation before the World Cup began. In this situation, Desco should set new load shedding timetable during the World Cup matches. Otherwise, more violence may occur in future during the quarter finals, semi finals and the final match.
The city dwellers do not have any peace in their lives. The next one month is such a time when they will forget their problems and enjoy their moments with their family and friends -- watching football matches, arguing with their opponents. The govt should not deprive them.
So, the PDB should make a new schedule for load shedding during the World Cup.
