The Bangladesh Bank asked all banks working with agricultural credits to speed up the disbursement of loans to the cyclone affected areas.
The BB through a circular yesterday also asked the banks to relax down payment requirements of old loans.
According to the circular, the banks should also make sure that there is no delay in the process and farmers do not face any harassment.
