Non-dietary use of salt
To remove coffee/tea stains, sprinkle salt on the spill to absorb the liquid. To remove food stains and odour from your hands, apply a mix of salt and vinegar. Salt can also help stop colours from fading. Add 1 cup of salt to wash your clothes. Sprinkle a line of salt on your counter top to stop ants. Give your face a lift by mixing 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and massage it on; this works as a great toner.
